Our Process
Schedule your Consult:
After receiving your inquiry form, I will reach out to you via email or phone to schedule your Complimentary Floral Consultation. We will do this via Google Meet and I will send you a meeting link to your email for you to join our chat.
2. Initial Consultation:
This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your vision in detail and for me to better understand your aesthetic preferences and desired atmosphere for your event such as color scheme, preferred floral varieties, and any specific floral arrangements you have in mind. Having a Pinterest board link or inspiration photos is super helpful!
3. After your Consultation:
Following our initial consultation, I will create a comprehensive proposal which will outline all the floral arrangements we discussed during our meeting. This will include specific flower choices, quantities, and a breakdown of costs.
4. Deposit and Detailed Planning:
Once you have reviewed and approved the proposal, a deposit will be required to secure your date. After the deposit is made, we will initiate the detailed floral design and planning process, ensuring that every aspect of your events floral arrangements is meticulously curated to match your vision.
5. Final Details Meeting:
Approximately one month prior to your event, we will have a final details meeting. During this meeting, we will go over all the final aspects of your event florals including any changes, adjustments, or additions you may require. This will help us ensure that everything is perfectly in place for the big day.
